Background

[edit | edit source]

Tony Bark based the events of the Digital Revolution after the real-life Information Age, which lasted from the 1940s to the 2010s. It was created to further split the timeline between the upcoming crisis that saw the advancements in medicine and genetic engineering in the aftermath of a pandemic, known as the Genetic Revolution. Although based on the Information Age, this era also consolidates recent technological advancements since the 2010s, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), smart technology and robotics.
