Wuffle (Character)

Wuffle, a character created by Piti Yindee, is a friendly wolf who inhabits Gingerbread Village. Often appearing naive or literal-minded, Wuffle displays an overly trusting demeanor. He possesses skills as both a mechanic and cook, and he is eager to use these talents to assist anyone in need. Despite his well-intentioned efforts, Wuffle frequently does not realize the extent of his strength and, as a result, inadvertently damages objects before eventually repairing them, typically improving their condition beyond its original state.

Background

In "One Flu over the Hamster's Nest," Wuffle is depicted as being smarter than he initially appears. His familiarity with the village's inhabitants can be compared to that of Dr. Grayham.

Before the events of "Sister Act" and "The Carrot Hunt," there was no information available about Wuffle's family. In "Sister Act," it is revealed that his parents parted ways due to their differing interests: Wuffle's mother preferred city life, while his father favored nature. However, the latter rarely visited the village. It is in "The Carrot Hunt" that it becomes clear Wuffle's parents never divorced; still, he feels a sense of responsibility for their separation and his father's lack of visits.
